灣仔新據點 Brim 28 全攻略！別去錯荃灣，我們喺灣景滙
GREENIES Consignment Platform (二手衫寄賣平台) 即將在 2 月份 迎來重大升級！我們的全新分店選址於灣仔 Brim 28 (灣景滙)。但在大家衝過來之前，我們發現這裡有幾個超級容易混淆的地名陷阱。
為了確保大家不會去錯地方（或者去錯這座城市的另一端 😂），我們準備了這份終極指南。
1. 到底哪裡是 Brim 28？(名字大解密)
好多人聽到 Brim 28 可能會一頭霧水，但如果講「灣景中心大廈 (Causeway Centre)」，大家就會明。
整座建築物原本統稱為「灣景中心」，上面是住宅和服務式住宅。後來，建築物基座的商場部分經過翻新，由華潤隆地 (China Resources Longdation) 重新打造並命名為 Brim 28。
- 住宅部分： 依然叫灣景中心大廈 (Causeway Centre)。
- 商場部分 (我們在這！)： 現在叫 Brim 28。
灣景中心大廈於 1979 年落成，是灣仔區著名的私人屋苑。當年因為鄰近維港，加上單位設計精緻，這裡被譽為小型家庭的「豪宅」，其中靠近海傍的 A 座更是華潤集團旗下的服務式住宅「木棉花公寓 (Kapok Apartment)」。
由「大牌檔」變身「蘇豪區」，老一輩的灣仔人可能記得，以前這裡的商場主要做附近文職人員生意，有很多港式小食店和茶餐廳。後來經過幾次大翻新，商場部分易名為 Brim 28 (灣景滙)，並將 1 樓平台打造成仿北京三里屯的酒吧街風格 (Sanlitun Style)，成為了現在的高級餐飲聚腳點。
Brim 28 的中文名字是「灣景滙」(Wan Chai)。
請注意，荃灣有一個發音一模一樣的商場叫「灣景薈 (Skyline Plaza)」。如果你在 Google Map 輸入時選錯字，你可能會被導航去荃灣！
記住口訣：我們在灣仔，不是荃灣。
2. Brim 28 裡面有什麼？(樓層指南)
這裡不僅僅有 GREENIES，還是一個隱藏的生活與科技樞紐：
1/F (一樓平台)：美食與 GREENIES 派對
這裡是半戶外的美食聚集地 (Alfresco Dining)，氣氛極佳。你可以在 DiVino Patio 享受意大利菜，或者在 FRITES Belgium on Tap 喝杯啤酒。還有 Grill 28 和 Hana-Musubi (華御結) 等選擇。
🎉 重點活動：1月中旬，我們將會在這裡的 1 樓平台舉辦 Swap Party (換物派對)，記得留意我們的 IG 公佈！
2/F (二樓)：科技迷必去 — 京東商城 (JD Mall)
這是一個大新聞！京東 (JD.com) 早前宣佈香港首家實體店「JD Mall」將進駐灣景滙 2 樓全層。這裡主打「潮流+科技」，你將可以試玩最新的智能家電、電競產品。逛完 GREENIES 買衣服，上樓買電器，完美行程！
3/F (三樓)：簽證服務
這裡是「中國簽證申請服務中心」。如果你來辦理旅遊證件，等待叫號的時候，不妨下來 GREENIES 睇睇二手衫，消磨時間又環保。
據聞商場業主華潤隆地正計劃進行大翻新，將會興建一條兩層高的扶手電梯 (Escalator)，直接打通 1 樓至 2、3 樓！以後大家逛完 1 樓的餐廳和 GREENIES，就可以更輕鬆地上去 2 樓的 JD Mall 和 3 樓辦簽證了。
3. 周邊地標、休閒與交通 (家長學生必看！)
我們的位置對於遊客、家長和學生都非常方便，被五星級酒店和體育設施包圍：
- 酒店林立： 步行幾分鐘即可到達 香港瑞吉酒店 (The St. Regis Hong Kong)、萬麗海景酒店 (Renaissance Harbour View Hotel) 以及 香港君悅酒店 (Grand Hyatt)。
- 運動設施 (游泳池 & 體育館)： 旁邊就是港灣道體育館 (Harbour Road Sports Centre)，裡面有壁球場、健身室，當然還有著名的訓練池 (Swimming Pool)。
- 灣仔運動場 (Wan Chai Sports Ground)： 就在我們隔壁！這裡是全港學界體育盛事的核心，每年無數中小學在這裡舉辦陸運會 (Sports Day)。家長接送完子女，或者學生比賽完畢，只需步行幾分鐘就可以來 GREENIES 尋寶。
🌊 全新灣仔海濱長廊 (Wan Chai Promenade)
距離我們新店僅一步之遙，就是近期翻新後大受歡迎的灣仔海濱。這裡 全年 24 小時開放，絕對是週末放電的首選：
- Chocolate Rain 藝術裝置： 由本地插畫家麥雅端創作，長廊遍佈色彩繽紛的巨型壁畫及立體裝置，結合水上運動元素，是文青必到的打卡位。
- 童樂園 (Kids' Play Zone)： 專為小朋友設計，設有鮮豔的渠桶、攀爬設施和滑梯。小朋友可以安全放電，家長可在旁邊草坪休憩。
- 退役「烏蠅頭」列車： 兩卡由港鐵捐贈的東鐵綫列車已重置於海邊，保留了原有車廂細節，讓大家重溫昔日鐵路情懷 (開放時間：10:00 - 22:00)。
- 渡輪碼頭畔主題區： 以懷舊香港為主題，設有霓虹燈裝飾和傳統鐵閘，展現昔日香港街道風貌。

- 地鐵： 會展站 (Exhibition Centre) B3 出口經天橋直達，或灣仔站 (Wan Chai) A5 出口沿天橋步行。
- 渡輪： 灣仔碼頭 (Wan Chai Ferry Pier) 就在附近。
4. 駕駛人士必看：灣仔超快充電站 (CCS Combo 2) 🚗⚡
Brim 28 及相連的華潤大廈停車場 (B3) 是灣仔區充電的「隱世叉電位」，由 ChargeNice (充美好) 營運。這裡可能是全灣仔叉電速度最快、性價比最高的地方之一！
- 極速充電 (Ultra Fast Charging)： 場內設有 6 個 500kW DC 快充位 (CCS Combo 2) 及 6 個 7kW 中充位。我們實測過，DC 快充速度可達 100kW/h，買件衫的時間就充爆！

The Ultimate Guide to Brim 28: Don't Get Lost on Your Way to GREENIES Wan Chai!
Big news! GREENIES Consignment Platform is expanding to a new location in Wan Chai's Brim 28 this February. But before you visit, we need to clear up some confusion.
Between name changes and similar-sounding malls in other districts, it is surprisingly easy to get lost. Here is your ultimate survival guide to finding us, plus some insider tips on what else you can do in the building.
1. What is Brim 28? (The "Causeway Centre" Confusion)
If you ask a taxi driver for "Brim 28," they might hesitate. But if you say "Causeway Centre (灣景中心大廈)", they will know exactly where to go.
A Bit of History:
The complex, built in 1979, is historically known as Causeway Centre (灣景中心大廈). It consists of residential blocks and service apartments (like the famous Kapok Apartment).
The commercial podium used to be a humble spot for local snacks. However, it was later renovated by China Resources Longdation and rebranded as Brim 28 (灣景滙), transforming into a stylish "Sanlitun-style" alfresco dining hub.
- The Residential Part: Still called Causeway Centre (灣景中心大廈).
- The Mall (We are here!): Now called Brim 28.
This is critical for Chinese speakers or anyone using Google Maps. Brim 28's Chinese name is 灣景滙 (Wan King Wui).
However, there is a mall in Tsuen Wan called 灣景薈 (Skyline Plaza). The names sound identical. Please double-check your GPS! We are in Wan Chai, not Tsuen Wan.
2. What’s Inside Brim 28? (Floor Guide)
Besides the upcoming GREENIES Consignment Platform shop, Brim 28 is a bustling hub for foodies and tech lovers:
1/F (Podium): The Foodie Haven
This is an alfresco dining hotspot. Grab a steak at Grill 28, enjoy happy hour at FRITES Belgium on Tap, or have a nice Italian meal at DiVino Patio.

2/F: The Tech Hub — JD Mall (New!)
Exciting news! JD.com has officially signed to open its first JD Mall in Hong Kong right here on the 2nd floor. Positioned as a "Trendy + Technology" hub, you can shop for the latest smart home appliances and e-sports gear. It’s a great place to check out after thrifting with us.
3/F: Visa Services
The Chinese Visa Application Service Center is located here. If you are waiting for your number to be called, why not pop down to our shop for a quick browse?
We heard a rumor! The landlord, China Resources Longdation, is planning a major upgrade. They are looking to build a massive 2-story high escalator to connect the 1/F directly to the upper floors. This will make zipping between the restaurants, GREENIES, and the JD Mall much easier in the future.
3. Neighborhood, Recreation & Transport Guide
Our new location is surrounded by iconic landmarks, making it easy to turn your shopping trip into a full day out:
- Luxury Hotels: We are right next to The St. Regis Hong Kong, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel, and the Grand Hyatt. Perfect if you are staying nearby and want to shop sustainable fashion.
- Sports & Swimming: The Harbour Road Sports Centre is next door. It features a Training Pool, squash courts, and a gym. Go for a swim, then visit us!

🌊 The New Wan Chai Promenade
Just steps away is the revitalized waterfront, open 24 hours daily. It's the perfect spot for families and pet owners:

- Kids' Play Zone: A safe space with colorful tunnels, slides, and green lawns for kids to burn off energy.
- Retired "Fly-head" Train: Two iconic MTR East Rail Line cars have been repurposed here. Step inside to relive the nostalgia (Open 10:00 - 22:00).

- MTR: Exhibition Centre Station (Exit B3) is the closest. You can also walk from Wan Chai Station (Exit A5) via the footbridge network.

The parking lot at Brim 28 (connected to China Resources Building B3/F) offers one of the best charging facilities in Wan Chai. Operated by ChargeNice, it features 12 chargers (6x 500kW DC & 6x 7kW AC).
- Blazing Fast Speed: Equipped with CCS Combo 2 plugs. While the stations are rated for 500kW, we tested it ourselves and got a solid 100kW/h charge. That's plenty fast to top up while you shop!
