本公司作為一個寄賣平台，我們不會對任何的寄賣品付上任何法律責任。本平台只接受具重售價值的服裝及飾物，具體準則請參考時裝類別。

2 GREENIES will determine the pricing of consigned items based on market conditions and the purchasing power of customers. Generally, clothing and accessories are priced at approximately 30% of their original price. The actual selling price may vary depending on factors such as the style, quality, condition, completeness, and past sales performance of the item. The selling price will generally not exceed 50% or be lower than 5% of the original price. GREENIES retains the right to set the pricing, and consignors cannot raise objections to the pricing decision.

GREENIES二手衫寄賣社企會就著寄賣物品訂價，售價主要因應市場及顧客的購買力為依歸，一般而言，服裝及飾物平均是以原價的30%作售價，實際售價會根據衣物的款式、質素、新舊程度、衣物完整度及過往的銷售情況作出微調，實際售價一般不會高於原價的50%及低於原價的5%。GREENIES寄賣社企擁有訂價權利，寄賣者不能對定價提出異議。

3 If an item remains unsold during the 90-day consignment period, the consignor may, for items marked above HK$800, reclaim the item between Day 91 and Day 100 by paying a HK$300 handling fee; items priced at or below HK$800 have no reclaim option, and after Day 100 all still-unsold or unreclaimed items become the property of GREENIES, which reserves the right to donate them to other charitable projects or community recyclers. 

如貨品於 90 天寄賣期內仍未售出，標價高於HK$800的物品，寄賣者可於第 91–100 天內支付 HK$300 行政費取回貨品；標價低於HK$800則沒有取回貨品之安排，第 101 天其餘尚未售出或取回的貨品歸 GREENIES 所有，GREENIES 有權把該等貨品捐贈予其他公益項目或社區回收商作慈善用途。

4 Sales reports will be issued on or before the 15th of the following month after a 90 days period; details will be listed on the sales report for reference. A cash rebate or store credit rebate will be transferred to the registered account or stored in the system on or before the 30th of the month following the end of the 90 days consignment period.

寄賣首日起計90日後的翌月15號或之前會發出銷售報表作結算，現金回贈或店舖積分(1分可在門市消費時減$1)會於翌月30號或之前以轉賬形式支付或記錄於系統。

5 GREENIES reserves the right to accept or reject any fashion item based on brand list, quality, market demand and storage capacity; staff may refuse items that do not meet requirements or are not on the Brand List (see website). Once an item is accepted, the consignor may not withdraw it during the 90-day consignment period, except for the reclaim option described in clause 3 (items priced above HK $800, subject to the HK $300 handling fee).

GREENIES 對收取之衣物擁有最終決定權，職員可因品牌名單、品質、市場需求及倉存狀況而拒收不合規定或不在品牌名單上的衣物(名單詳見官網)。衣物一經接收，在 90 天寄賣期內寄賣者不得要求取回；唯一例外為第 3 條所述之取回安排(標價高於 HK$800 者，可於寬限期內付 HK$300 行政費取回)。

6 GREENIES provides a platform for recycling fashion, but does not assess or guarantee the authenticity of the items sold. GREENIES and our staff do not assume any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the information, the suitability, quality, and reliability of the items. By using this platform, consignors agree not to hold GREENIES and its staff accountable for any financial losses or personal injury lawsuits. If a consignor provides goods with counterfeit trademarks or false product descriptions, whether intentional or not, or fails to sign this receipt, resulting in any loss or personal injury lawsuit or claim against GREENIES LTD., the consignor must compensate the company for all losses incurred. GREENIES may randomly select consigned items for inspection by a third party and require consignors to sign a Declaration of Authenticity for the consigned items. Consignors must sign and submit the declaration within 7 working days of notification by GREENIES; otherwise, all consigned items provided by the consignor will be removed from the shelves. If a consignor fails to sign and return the declaration within 30 working days, GREENIES reserves the right to confiscate the items and donate them to another party or use them for other business purposes.

本二手店提供平台循環再用時裝，不會對售賣物品之真偽加以審核或作出任何承諾或保證；GREENIES及其員工不會對售賣物品的資料準確性，對其特定用途之適用性、品質及可靠性質上承擔任何法律責任。寄賣者使用GREENIES社企平台，即表示寄賣者承允不會向GREENIES及其員工作出任何有關財物損失，甚至人身傷害的訴訟或索償。若寄賣者提供任何偽造商標或附有虛假商品說明商品，不論有意或無意，即使未在本收條中簽署，而使GREENIES LTD.造成任何損失，甚至人身傷害的訴訟或索償，寄賣者須向本公司賠償一切的損失。GREENIES 會隨機把寄賣的貨品交由第三方作檢驗，並要求寄賣者簽署寄賣品的真實聲明，寄賣者必須於GREENIES通知後7個工作日內簽署並交聲明，否則寄賣者提供的所有寄賣物品將被從貨架上撤回。如果寄賣者未在30個工作日內簽署並交回本聲明，GREENIES保留沒收物品並將其捐贈給其他方或用於其他業務目的的權利。

7 GREENIES assumes no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage—whether arising from human actions or natural causes—while items are on consignment. Routine display, handling, and customer try-ons may lead to minor wear or deterioration, and GREENIES will not be liable for such incidental damage. Please consider this inherent risk carefully before consigning your items.

GREENIES 對寄售期間因失竊或損壞（包括人為或自然因素）而造成的任何損失概不負責。貨品在陳列、搬運及顧客試穿過程中亦可能產生一般性磨損或破損，GREENIES 同樣不承擔責任；寄賣前請審慎評估上述風險。

8 GREENIES is not responsible for any loss of personal items (such as money, personal identification, jewelry, etc.) left in consigned items. Consignors should check carefully before consigning items to avoid any loss.

寄賣者應在寄賣前仔細檢查以免損失。如寄賣時因遺留物品 (包括金錢、證件、珠寶等私人物品) 而導致損失，GREENIES 概不負責，寄賣者應在寄賣前仔細檢查以免損失。

9 To enjoy the free pick up service, a reservation has to be made 12 hours beforehand via picktime.com/APPOINTMENT. GREENIES's free pick up service is limited to the availability of the booking system. The service of free home clothing collection is limited to a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 items from the designated brand list. If the consignor fails to provide at least 20 items from the brand list, GREENIES will charge a $500 pick-up fee.

免費上門寄賣收衫服務需提前 12 小時透過 picktime.com/APPOINTMENT 進行預約， 免費上門寄賣收衫服務僅限於picktime預訂系統上的空檔。寄賣者請於寄賣前先分類好品牌名單1或2中的衣物，方便義工上門篩選衣物。免費上門收衫的服務，每次只限需收取最少20及最多40件品牌名單中的衣物，如果寄賣者未能提供至少20件品牌名單中的物品，GREENIES 將會收取$500上門收衫費用。

10 GREENIES's Pick Up Rating System is rated based on the items being screened and collected. The ratings will be updated after each consignment or donation pickup. Consignors who receive a rating below 3 for two consecutive consignments or a total of 5 consignments will only be allowed to submit items at our physical store until their rating is above 3 (except for consignors who receive a rating below 3 for 5 or more times, who will be blacklisted from our pick-up service).

GREENIES 的上門寄賣收衫服務評級系統是根據被收集的物品數量進行評級的。評級將在每次寄售或捐贈後更新。評分為3分以下的寄賣者需在上門前提交照片，如圖片或寄賣物品質量不達標，GREENIES有權拒絕預訂。每次寄售後連續2次評分低於3分或累積超過5次評分低於3分的寄賣者，只可在我們的實體店提交寄賣物品，直到評分高於3分（超過5次評分低於3分的寄賣者除外，並將被列入上門寄賣服務黑名單）。

11 In case of any dispute, GREENIES reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.

如有任何爭議，GREENIES將保留最終決定權。
