User Data Deletion Request

GREENIES users may request deletion of personal information associated with our website, WhatsApp customer-support service or Meta integrations.

To request deletion, please email:

Please use the subject line:

User Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• The phone number or email address used to contact GREENIES
• A brief description of the data or account information you would like deleted

For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

After verification, GREENIES will delete or anonymise the relevant personal information that we are not legally or operationally required to retain. We will confirm when the request has been completed.

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or enforcement of agreements.
